damnlines.com provides real-time estimates of queue lengths at various locations using camera-based monitoring and automated counting technology. The service is provided for informational purposes only.
Queue estimates are approximations and may not reflect actual wait times or line lengths at any given moment. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed.
You may use certain features of the service without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, G26 LLC and damnlines.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for access to the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless G26 LLC, damnlines.com, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
You may delete your account at any time. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.
